06:30 pm: con con con con con con con con con con con con con con con con con con con con con
yeah...so there's a con this weekend. And i can't wait. But after going to them for two years, you learn how to wait much better. I almost died before my first winter con (con #3) out of antici-------pation.

so I just thought about the game. and everyone should start singing the "meow" song but replace "meow" with "con"
i vii vi v
con con con con
i vii vi v
con con con con
and i give up on notating it...
con con con con
con con con con

and now for something completely different:

10:35 pm: weddings and...erm...bulldozers?
So my babysitter from long forever ago that took piano from my mom starting when she was 7 and then turned into a babysitter and then a driver stopped by our house today. She's getting married in September and I get to play for her wedding.

And I wrote a strange song about bird and bulldozers or something. I find it quite strange that I don't always know how things turn up in songs (tatg, don't know why). (The oddest one, though, would probably still be the bit about the elf that lives in the forest that is lonely but doesn't want company or something like that...yeah.)

But this song was really strange and really hard to write. I got stuck in this loop of Tweedle-deedle-dee's and the same chord progression over and over and over again.

can you hear me calling
once the air is clear
can you hear the birds sing

Over the bulldozers and"

I like it. Its a fun song to play and sing. And there is this one line that, whenever I get to it, I get chills up and down my spine.

ramblings from inside my head.Collapse )

At drama Jordy and I are trying to set up two adorable kids (they're 12 and 14 i think, but the twelve year old acts like she's 15) who are playing parts opposite each other. They would make the cutest middle/high school couple. It makes me giggly and giddy lots. (They like each other too, which helps.)

12:13 am: mary mac's mother's making mary mac marry me
I did a big giant room overhaul today. I spent 6 hours cleaning out my cupboards, my desk, shelves, etc. I alphabatized my books, cd cases, and cds.

Then, right as I was starting to make cookies, heather calls and asks if I'll dye her hair. Of course I will. So she heads over stocked with bleach, blue, green, and a glow under black lights pink that she found in an alley, thrown out by some colllege students.

So heather, who never lets you get near her with a camera, let me take tons of pictures.

here they are!Collapse )

Father's day tomorrow. He asked for music. We like the same music. I'm not complaining.

Youth Sunday next week. Final planning tomorrow.

10:52 pm: If you are reading this:
...it isn't about you. I promise.

Why do I love both of you so much? And why do you make such a cute couple. This would all be so much easier if I hated her. Actually, hating you would probably simplify things, too.

What do I do? Sit and watch because I want to make you happy or jump out or, yet again, profess my undying love and see if that road is different this time?

I wish we weren't both such good actors.

...it might be about you.

You know as much as I know, which isn't very much.

I'm feeling sick again. I will not be sick next week. I will be at matt's happy and healthy. And I will see you there.
